Ask a new question. Hi, i have created an approval request in Teams via Approvals app. Is there a means to download or export the final status of the request out as an attachment? Need to submit a proof of the approver's approval to another party within the organization. And will the initial attachment in the Approval app be downloaded as well? And can the approval request be deleted?
If yes, any pre-requisite status it has to be in before deletion can be made? I noticed that there are no options to delete it after request has been approved. Was this reply helpful? See who's responded, and who still needs a little more time. However, you can use Power Automate to create an approval Workflow. When you create an approval through Power Automate, it'll appear in your list of approvals in the app. In this way you can send the finally status to somebody. Also, you can evaluate the Endless options.
